在混凝土结构规范中,混凝土-混凝土界面抗剪强度的设计以“剪-摩理论”为基础。因此,抗剪强度很大程度上取决于混凝土表面的粗糙度。最新的研究聚焦在混凝土表面的纹理特征以及现场检测方法上,然而,这些方法只能在混凝土覆盖前进行表面的纹理评估。提出一种无损试验法对覆盖后混凝土基体的表面粗糙度进行评估。选择超声法、边界有限元法、有限差分法模拟不同材料和界面结构的双层板,对试验结果与数值计算结果进行了验证。研究表明:超声方法能够用于刻画同质两层板的界面结构,但是对于非均质材料,如混凝土,则需要进一步研究。
In the concrete structure specification, the design of shear strength of concrete-concrete interface is based on “shear-friction theory”. Therefore, the shear strength depends largely on the roughness of the concrete surface. The latest research focuses on texture features of concrete surfaces as well as on-site inspection methods. However, these methods can only evaluate the texture of the surface before concrete coverage. A non-destructive test method is proposed to evaluate the surface roughness of the covered concrete substrate. Ultrasonic method, boundary finite element method and finite difference method were used to simulate the double plates with different materials and interface structures. The experimental results and numerical results were verified. The results show that the ultrasonic method can be used to characterize the interfacial structure of two homogeneous plates, but for heterogeneous materials, such as concrete, further study is needed.
