[目的]探讨血府逐瘀汤联合妥泰对丛集性头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将入选的30例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组15例,其中对照组予以妥泰治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服加味血府逐瘀汤,疗程30天,疗程结束后比较临床疗效。[结果]治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗丛集性头痛有明显临床疗效。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Topiramate on cluster headache. [Methods] The selected 30 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Topiramate. The treatment group was given Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 30 days , After the end of the course of clinical efficacy. [Results] The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative headache has the obvious clinical curative effect.
