随着肾移植技术的日趋成熟,移植肾生存时间不断延长,肾移植术后恶性肿瘤发病率呈上升趋势。肾移植术后恶性肿瘤发病率是透析患者的3倍以上[1]。现报告肾移植术后并发恶性肿瘤1例。1临床资料患者,男,66岁。因“反复腹泻3月余”于2013年10月30日入院。入院3月余前出现腹泻,大便约每天10次,呈黄色或黑色水样便,伴里急后重感、乏力,无粘液脓血便,无发热、盗汗、恶心、呕吐、腹

The incidence of malignant tumors after kidney transplantation is more than 3 times that of dialysis patients [1]. A case of malignant tumor is reported after renal transplantation. 1 clinical data patients, male, 66 years old. Because of “repeated diarrhea more than 3 months” on October 30, 2013 admission. More than 3 months before admission, there was diarrhea, stool was about 10 times a day, yellow or black watery stool, with tenesmus, weakness, no mucus pus and blood, no fever, night sweats, nausea, vomiting, abdomen
