1.星海十七英寸黑白电视机,低亮度时,图象正常,当亮度开大时,图象尺寸扩大,出现严重的拉丝现象。根据故障现象分析,是由于高压负载能力差,有断路、打火、放电现象,但距离又很近。该机使用的是一体化行输出变压器。用MF10型万用表乘100K档,测行输出变压器高压线卷正反向电阻为无穷大。更换一只行输出变压器,机器正常。 2.多台牡丹牌31H5型电视机,出现场幅缩小故障。经查是由于场幅调整可变电阻接触不好引起的,因早期产品中使用的可变电阻质量较差,在电路板上又是卧放的,所以此故障特别多。检修中把此电阻,全部换上了相应的固定电阻,故障排除。
