目的探讨多点环箍术治疗小儿颈内静脉扩张症(IJP)的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析15例IJP患儿的临床资料,左侧1例,右侧12例,双侧2例。根据病变静脉的长度,应用10号丝线4～6根绕扩张静脉一周,每根线相距1 cm左右。在结扎前放置直径1 cm左右的硅胶管做支架,结扎静脉后抽出支架管,保留颈静脉的通畅,并限制静脉扩张。结果 15例患儿均痊愈出院,随访10个月～5年,无复发。结论多点环箍术治疗IJP,保留了原静脉,减少并发症,操作简单,疗效满意,尤其适用于双侧病变。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of multi-point hoop in the treatment of children with jugular vein dilatation (IJP). Methods The clinical data of 15 children with IJP were retrospectively analyzed. There were 1 case on the left, 12 cases on the right and 2 cases on both sides. According to the length of diseased veins, application No. 4 silk thread 4 to 6 around the dilatation vein a week, each line is about 1 cm apart. Before ligation placed about 1 cm in diameter silicone tube stent, ligation of the stent after pulling the vein to keep the jugular vein patency, and limit the expansion of the vein. Results All the 15 cases were cured and discharged. The patients were followed up for 10 months to 5 years without recurrence. Conclusions Multi-point hoop surgery for the treatment of IJP, retained the original vein, reduce complications, simple operation, satisfactory efficacy, especially for bilateral lesions.
