阜新矿务局王营煤矿121区2112工作面,1995年11月28日发生了一起由于强行送电造成的瓦斯事故,死亡1人,伤26人。 2112工作面是综放工作面,采孙家湾一号煤层,煤层厚11.5m,设计掘进三条巷道,分别为上顺槽,下顺槽和顶板瓦斯道。上顺槽巷道长度为443m,下顺槽长度为472m,顶板瓦斯道至10月28日已掘进140m。由于工作面上顺槽供电故障,局扇电机烧毁,需要更换新局扇来排放瓦斯。当瓦斯道换完局扇送电时,发现局扇和附近的压风管线出现火花,在第2次强行送电时,漏电电流通过2112上顺槽安设的压风管线带电产生火花,引燃2112工作面积聚的瓦斯,造成燃烧,致使在上顺槽附近作业人员1人死亡,26人受伤。
