[目的]本实验旨在通过动物实验观测中药益气强心饮对慢性心衰大鼠心肌细胞凋亡及Bax、Bcl-2基因蛋白表达的影响。[方法]采用腹主动脉缩窄法结合皮质激素造模法建立慢性心衰阳虚水泛证大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、西药对照组、中药对照组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组、假手术组,用药8周后,观察各组大鼠的心肌细胞凋亡及Bax、Bcl-2基因蛋白表达。[结果]益气强心饮能明显下调慢性心衰大鼠心肌组织Bax基因蛋白表达、上调Bcl-2基因蛋白表达,疗效等同西药对照组。[结论]益气强心饮可调控慢性心衰大鼠的心肌细胞凋亡,具有治疗及延缓心衰发展等作用。
[Objective] The purpose of this experiment was to observe the effect of Yiqijiangxin Drink on the cardiomyocyte apoptosis and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in chronic heart failure rats. [Method] A rat model of Chronic Heart Failure with Yang Deficiency Syndrome was established by abdominal aorta constriction combined with corticosteroid modeling. The rats were randomly divided into model group, western medicine control group, traditional Chinese medicine control group, traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group, Dose group, high dose of traditional Chinese medicine group, sham operation group and drug treatment for 8 weeks. The apoptosis of cardiomyocytes and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 gene in each group were observed. [Result] Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction could obviously down-regulate the expression of Bax gene protein and up-regulate the expression of Bcl-2 gene in myocardium of chronic heart failure rats, and the curative effect is equivalent to western medicine control group. [Conclusion] Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can regulate cardiomyocyte apoptosis in chronic heart failure rats, and it can treat and delay the development of heart failure.
