电煤价格上涨,电煤供求紧张,电煤市场告急……。电煤已成为政府、电力企业及相关行业格外关注的热点问题。煤炭市场的变化,看似突然,实则必然。放开电煤价格,实行市场调节,既是基础产业走向市场化改革的重要标志,又是对电力行业应对市场挑战的考验。电煤对众多电力企业的冲击波,已经在2002年厦门煤炭订货会上“真情再现”。针对电煤市场的变化,本刊采编了几篇文章,从不同角度、不同层面上,见仁见智,研讨和报道电煤问题。电力行业应该而且也有实力,靠加强管理、降低成本,靠团结协作、发挥优势,应对电煤的冲击,努力实现煤、电、运多赢。
Coal prices, coal supply and demand tension, the coal market in an emergency ... ... Coal has become a hot issue of particular concern to governments, power companies and related industries. Changes in the coal market, seemingly sudden, but in reality inevitable. To liberalize the price of coal and to implement market regulation is not only an important indicator of the marketization of basic industries, but also a test of the power industry’s response to market challenges. Coal shock on many power companies, has been in Xiamen in 2002 orders “truth reproduce.” In response to the changes in the coal market, we compiled a few articles that deal with the issue of electricity and coal from different angles and at different levels. The power industry should and should also have the strength to rely on strengthening management, reducing costs, relying on unity and cooperation, giving full play to its advantages and coping with the impact of coal and making every effort to achieve win-win in coal, electricity and transportation.
