本文主要探讨芳香胺类添加剂对聚乙烯的辐射以及辐射后热氧化的稳定作用.实验结果表明,多数芳香胺化合物都具有少许抑制辐射交联的能力.在空气下辐照时,可以观察到较明显的抑制辐射氧化裂构的作用.同时这些添加剂对继续保持辐照后聚乙烯的热稳定性,也起着很大的作用.例如,添加个别芳香胺化合物可以使经一定剂量辐照的聚乙烯,在152℃下形变与强度等物理性能保持稳定的时间成百倍地延长. 文中对添加剂的芳环和氨基结构与稳定作用的关系也作了比较与讨论.
The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the stabilizing effect of aromatic amine additives on the radiation of polyethylene and thermal oxidation after radiation.The experimental results show that most of the aromatic amine compounds have the ability to inhibit the radiation crosslinking a little.When irradiated in air, Obviously inhibited the role of radiation oxidative cracking.At the same time these additives to continue to maintain the thermal stability of irradiated polyethylene also plays a significant role.For example, the addition of individual aromatic amine compounds can be irradiated by a certain dose of poly Ethylene, the physical properties such as strength and deformation are extended by a hundredfold at the temperature of 152 ° C.
