高中体育教学由于学生生理、心理因素,体育教育的基础和各自发展环境上的差异,部分学生运动潜能受到多种因素的抑制,造成相当部分学生已经形成的兴趣项目尚未形成一定水平的运动能力,学生在学校获取的体育知识与技能,很可能在今后工作和生活环境的变化中流失,影响学生适应社会生活的能力。因此,教学中如何激发学生的运动潜能和发展运动技能,是体育教学过程中持续研究的重要课题。
Because of the students ’physiological and psychological factors, the basis of physical education and their differences in development environment, the physical activity of some high school students is restrained by many factors. As a result, a considerable part of the students’ interest projects have not formed a certain level of athletic ability, Students ’acquired sports knowledge and skills in schools are likely to be lost in the future work and living environment changes, affecting students’ ability to adapt to social life. Therefore, teaching how to stimulate students’ exercise potential and develop sports skills is an important issue in the continuous study of physical education.
