沿空留巷覆岩释放能量与充填体变形能的匹配

为更好缓解工作面采掘衔接紧张和进一步提高煤炭资源回收率,对沿空留巷技术的相关问题进行了更深入的研究.在不同养护时间下,分别测定了不同水灰质量比、不同料浆体积分数条件下的巷旁充填体试样的单轴杭压强度,建立了巷旁充填体单轴抗压强度与养护龄期的关系.结果表明:最终抗压强度值、强度增长稳定龄期、强度影响系数、初期强度等力学参数能定量描述充填体的强度随养护龄期的变化特征.引入能量匹配系数表征充填体受压变形比能与覆岩加载于充填体能量之间的关系,最终采用屯兰矿工程实例验证了研究结果. In order to better alleviate the caving tension and further improve the recovery rate of coal resources, the related issues of gob-side entry retaining technology were studied in more depth.Under different curing time, the different water-cement mass ratios, different materials The relationship between uniaxial compressive strength and curing age of roadside filling body is established.The results show that the ultimate compressive strength value, Period, strength influence coefficient, initial strength and other mechanical parameters can quantitatively describe the variation characteristics of the strength of the filling body with the curing age.Energy matching coefficient is introduced to describe the relationship between the compression deformation energy of the filling body and the energy of the overburden rock loaded in the filling body Finally, the application of Tunlan mine project verified the research results.
