西瓜三叶枯病是海南省西瓜栽培过程中出现的一种严重的病害。通过对该病原菌的培养特性、形态特征和寄生范围的测定，鉴定出西瓜三叶枯病的病原为极抱属（Cacumisporiumca-pitulatum）。采用含毒介质法，进行了8种药剂对该菌的毒力测定，结果表明：朴海固和代森锰锌抑菌效果最好。
Watermelon blight is a serious disease in watermelon cultivation in Hainan Province. The pathogen of watermelon blight was identified as Cacumisporiumca-pitulatum by measuring its culture characteristics, morphological characteristics and parasitic range. Toxicity test of 8 kinds of agents against this bacterium was carried out using toxic medium method. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of Park Haegu and Mansen Zinc was the best.
