2011年10月12日至13日,由国家检察官学院、中国人民大学法学院主办,辽宁省大连市人民检察院承办的第七届国家高级检察官论坛在大连召开,参与本届论坛的有来自我国各级人民检察院的检察长、高级检察官和我国法学界的专家学者共100余人。论坛围绕“人民检察院组织法修改”的主题,探讨了在我国检察体制深入改革的当下,如何修改完善人民检察院组织法,以适应检察机关建设和工作开展的需要,切实保障人民检察院
From October 12 to October 13, 2011, the 7th Senior State Attorney Forum hosted by the National Prosecutor’s College and Renmin University of China Law School and hosted by Dalian People’s Procuratorate of Liaoning Province was held in Dalian. Participants in this forum were from Attorneys general people’s procuratorate at all levels, senior prosecutors and law experts in our country a total of more than 100 people. The forum centered on the theme of “Amending the Organic Law of the People’s Procuratorate” and discussed how to amend and perfect the organizational law of the People’s Procuratorate so as to meet the needs of procuratorial organs and the work to be carried out at the moment of in-depth reform of the procuratorial system in our country and earnestly safeguard the people’s procuratorate
