医院承载着解决疾病问题、保障民众身体健康的重要功能。财务管理作为医院的主要工作之一,其工作质量直接影响医院的正常发展。通过对我国医院财务管理工作的分析可知,大多数医院的财务管理中存在着不同程度的问题。对此,需要应用有针对性的解决对策,改善医院财务管理工作质量。本文从固定资源利用率问题入手,对医院财务管理中存在的问题及其对策进行分析和研究。
The hospital carries the important function of solving the disease problem and ensuring the public’s health. As one of the main work of the hospital, the quality of its work directly affects the normal development of the hospital. Through the analysis of the hospital’s financial management in our country, we can see that there are different degrees of problems in the financial management of most hospitals. In this regard, the need to apply targeted solutions to improve the quality of hospital financial management. This article starts with the problem of utilization rate of fixed resources, and analyzes and studies the existing problems and countermeasures in the hospital financial management.
