大导程螺杆在一些行业应用广泛,因导程大、螺旋升角大,无法用一般螺杆的车削加工方式,通常需要专用机床加工。对导程<30 mm的大导程螺杆,利用数控车床的宏程序功能,把螺杆参数设置为变量,编制针对螺杆槽宽和槽深的循环控制程序,实现了对大导程螺杆的粗精加工。使用该方法编程方便、实用,不仅降低了对螺杆专用设备的要求,而且大大提高了螺杆的加工质量和加工效率。
