空压机无油润滑技术在我局推广以来,取得了较好的经济效益。但是,在推广中碰到了填充聚四氟乙烯活塞环(简称四氟环)无标准化产品,供应部门不能象标准配件一样稳定供应。四氟环磨损后,腻垢沉积在阀片上比较脏,清洗比较困难,存在阀片发干等问题。因此,有的矿将已改为无油润滑的空压机又恢复为有油润滑,没有改的矿就更不愿改了。无油润滑的效果究竟怎么样?有油或无油到底哪种润滑方式好?我局双河煤矿1981
