为了让螺旋钻采煤机钻杆稳定器布局更为合理,减小钻进过程中钻杆变形,提高钻杆钻进时的稳定性,提出了一种基于数值模拟的钻杆稳定器布局新方法——逐步约束法,并以有限元分析软件ANSYS为分析工具,在理想情况下对逐步约束法和均匀约束法两种稳定器布局方法的优劣性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,采用逐步约束法进行稳定器布局,在工作机构整个钻进过程中能更为有效地抑制钻杆变形,该方法是一种较现有稳定器布局方法更为合理的稳定器布局方法。
In order to make the layout of auger drill stem stabilizer more reasonable, reduce the deformation of drill rod and improve the stability of drill pipe during drilling, a new layout of drill rod stabilizer based on numerical simulation is proposed Method - step by step constrained method, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS as the analysis tool, in the ideal case of the step-by-step constrained and uniform restraint method of two kinds of stabilizer layout method of the advantages and disadvantages were compared. The results show that the step-by-step constrained method can be used to control the deformation of the drill pipe more effectively during the entire drilling process. This method is a more stable stabilizer layout than the existing stabilizer method method.
