目的:探讨促进肝素类化合物透皮吸收的方法和研制低分子肝素透皮治疗系统的可行性。方法:通过综述肝素类化合物透皮吸收的研究,归纳了几种促进透皮的方法;报告了肝素与聚合物的结合方法,讨论了制备低分子肝素透皮治疗系统的各种有利因素。结果:认为将低分子肝素与聚氨酯等聚合物结合,并采用适当的促透方法,可制得具有长效全身性抗血栓作用的低分子肝素透皮治疗系统。结论:研制低分子肝素透皮治疗系统是可行的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of transdermal absorption of heparin and to develop a low molecular weight heparin transdermal therapeutic system. Methods: To summarize the percutaneous absorption of heparin compounds, several methods to promote transdermal delivery were summarized. The combination of heparin and polymer was reported. Various favorable factors for the preparation of transdermal therapeutic system for low molecular weight heparin were discussed. Results: The low molecular weight heparin transdermal therapeutic system with low molecular weight heparin can be obtained by combining low molecular weight heparin with polymers such as polyurethane and adopting proper penetration promoting method. Conclusion: It is feasible to develop low molecular weight heparin transdermal therapeutic system.
