这次研讨班是在林业部科技委,全国林业系统工程学会的指导下,在广西林业厅、林业设计院、梧州地区林业局、大桂山林场的领导和支持下举办的。这个班是在去年的全国林业系统工程学会成立大会上,由理事会决定安排的,目的是以广西国营大桂山林场为试点,应用系统工程的原理和方法制定规划和组织管理林业生产,用系统工程的方法提高编制大桂山林场经营方案的质量和水平,从而推进系统工程的基本原理和方法在林业系统应用的进程。
The seminar was held under the guidance of the Scientific and Technological Committee of the Ministry of Forestry and the National Society of Forestry Systems Engineering under the leadership and support of Guangxi Forestry Department, Forestry Design Institute, Wuzhou Forestry Bureau and Dagu Gui Shan Forest Farm. This class was set up by the council at the inaugural meeting of the National Forestry Engineering Society last year for the purpose of piloting the Dagu Gui Shan Forest Farm in Guangxi and applying the principles and methods of system engineering to formulate plans and organize and manage forestry production. The method of engineering improves the quality and level of compiling the management plan of Da Gui Shan Forest Farm so as to promote the basic principles of system engineering and the process of application of the method in forestry system.
