随着课程改革的不断深入,我清醒地认识到:教师发展是学校发展的基础,没有教师的发展,学校的发展就是一句空话。建设一支高素质的教师队伍,不仅是学校全面实施基础教育课程改革的需要,更是加快教育改革、实现学校健康持续发展的需要。几年来,我根据学校实际情况和发展需求,制定了以“校本研训为依托,打造优质教师队伍,以教师发展带动学校发展”的战略,建立了一支学习型、研究型的教师团队。一、确定发展目标通过分析现状,我校制订了教师队伍建设的整体规划、主要措施和达成目标等。其中,青年教师基本实现两年合格,三年胜任,五年成为骨干。骨干教师要具备指导培养下一级骨干教师(或教师)的能力。其他教师根据学校发展规
