中国宇航学会结构强度与环境工程专业委员会于1981年8月17日至22日在大连市召开了力学环境条件讨论会。参加会议的有23个单位的53名代表,交流技术报告19篇。会议是在专业委员会主任委员、北京强度环境研究所所长张竞荣,中国空间技术研究院总体部副主任戚发韧,北京环境工程试验中心副站长柯受全,国防科学技术大学一系副主任季南等同志的主持下进行的。七机部副部长李绪鄂同志出席了会议,并作了重要讲话。出席会议的还
China Aeronautical Institution Structural Strength and Environmental Engineering Committee held a seminar on mechanical environmental conditions in Dalian from August 17 to August 21, 1981. 53 delegates from 23 units attended the meeting and exchanged 19 technical reports. The meeting was headed by Chairman of the Professional Committee, Zhang Jingrong, director of Beijing Institute of Intensity and Environmental Science, Qi Fa-tou, deputy director of the general department of China Academy of Space Technology, Ke Shuanquan, associate chief of Beijing Environmental Engineering and Testing Center, deputy director of the Department of National Defense Science and Technology Under the auspices of other comrades.
