随着市场经济的快速发展,对国有企业综合管理水平也提出更高的要求。然而从当前国企管理现状看,仍面临员工思想变化问题,需保证思想政治工作得以落实,尽可能为国有企业以及企业员工个人的发展提供保障。但如何真正做好思想政治工作,又成为当前经济发展新常态下困扰国有企业的难题。本文将从国有企业思想政治工作开展中工作观念改善、工作机制健全、工作方法创新等角度,对提升思想政治工作有效性的具体路径进行探析。
