工资集体协商机制要真正发挥作用,需要法律的“保驾护航”。随着我国工资集体协商法制的完善,劳资双方的利益将会双赢,从而更好地促进劳动关系的和谐稳定。本文通过对我国工资集体协商制度发展历程的阐述,重点分析其立法中存在的主要问题,并提出针对性建议,以期为有关部门完善我国工资集体协商制度提供参考。
Wage collective consultation mechanism to really play a role, the law needs “escort.” With the improvement of the legal system for the collective wage negotiations in our country, the interests of both employers and employees will have a win-win situation so as to better promote the harmonious and stable labor relations. This article elaborates the course of the development of collective bargaining system in our country, mainly analyzes the main problems existing in its legislation, and puts forward some suggestions so as to provide reference for relevant departments to improve the system of bargaining collective bargaining in our country.
