本文通过研究我国图书馆对读者的投诉问题的处理方式的实际情况,来对图书馆读者图书处理问题的标准化管理进行分析,并且提出一些对读者投诉问题处理过程中应该注意的问题。
This paper analyzes the standardization of the library reader’s book management by analyzing the actual situation of the library’s handling of complaints to the readers, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to during the handling of the reader’s complaint.
