“所有制形成”和工人“分沾”利润的改良主义方案,是要促使工人提高劳动生产率和劳动强度。在这些方案中所提出的任务,吸引劳动人民为投资拨款而储蓄,以利于资本积累。“分沾”利润政策掩盖了资本主义收入分配的敌对矛盾,并散布这样的幻想,即工人得到了分配利润和管理企业的权利,而且具有小额股票,已成为资本所有者。事实上,资本家力图借助工人“分沾”利润政策,把劳动人民“整体化”在国家垄断资本主义的体系之中。然而,工人阶级的利益和资产阶级的利益是不可调和的。利润再分配的改良主义方案导致劳动和资本之间的矛盾尖锐化。
The reformist package of “ownership formation” and the “dividend” of workers' profits is to encourage workers to improve labor productivity and labor intensity. The tasks proposed in these programs attract working people to save money for investment appropriations to facilitate the accumulation of capital. The “dividend” profit policy masks the hostile contradictions of capitalist income distribution and disseminates the illusion that workers are vested with the right to distribute profits and manage enterprises, and that they have small stocks and become capitalists. In fact, capitalists are trying hard to “unify” the working people with the system of monopolizing capitalism with the help of workers' “profit-sharing” policies. However, the interests of the working class and the bourgeoisie are irreconcilable. The reformist scheme of redistribution of profits leads to a sharpening of the conflict between labor and capital.
