罪后社会矛盾是我国社会矛盾研究领域的一个重点内容,对社会矛盾的化解机制的研究主要是从社会学的角度进行的,对于犯罪所引发的社会矛盾问题并没有一个系统的研究,而随着近几年的典型案例(例如药家鑫案件、孙伟铭案件、张明宝案件等)的出现,犯罪所引发的社会矛盾出现日趋严重的状态,由此引发的社会问题和法律问题成为社会一个必须关注的焦点问题。犯罪是引发矛盾的起因,但被害却是矛盾化解的关键所在。
Social contradiction after crime is one of the key points in the field of social contradictions research in our country. The research on the mechanism of resolving social contradictions is mainly conducted from the perspective of sociology. There is no systematic study on the social contradictions caused by crime. With the emergence of typical cases in recent years (for example, the case of Xin Pharmacists, Sun Wei Ming Case and Zhang Ming Bao), the social contradictions triggered by crimes have become increasingly serious.
