数控车床设备的应用,为我国的工业生产带来了很大的经济效益。数控车床加工技术主要应用于工业生产过程中。同时,在高等学校的教育中,这项技术也多有涉及。目前在相应科学技术不断发展的推动下,虽然我国的数控机床相关的技术正处于快速发展的阶段,但发展的过程中仍存在很多不足,正需要提高。就工程的精确度而言,还有待提高。本文将对影响数控车床加工精度的因素进行简要分析,希望能够得出有用的结论供实际加工工作参考。
The application of CNC lathe equipment has brought great economic benefits to China’s industrial production. CNC lathe processing technology is mainly used in industrial production process. At the same time, this technology is also involved in the education of higher education. At present, under the impetus of the continuous development of science and technology, although the related technologies of CNC machine tools in China are in a stage of rapid development, there are still many deficiencies in the process of development and are in need of improvement. In terms of engineering accuracy, there is room for improvement. This article will make a brief analysis of the factors affecting the machining lathe precision, hoping to draw useful conclusions for the actual machining work reference.
