Experiments 200-250 g male Fischer 344 rats were housed in isothermal, thermostated and controlled lighting (12 hour light, 12 hour dark) environment. Rats were divided into two groups, the experimental group drinking water containing 15% ethanol and 5% sucrose, the control group drinking tap water for a total of 21 days. Record weight, feed and ethanol intake. Control rats were fed with the same experimental rat feeding method. After 21 days, the rats were decapitated. The ethanol concentration was analyzed by gas chromatography within 30 minutes after blood sampling.
