以正硅酸乙酯和磺化聚芴醚酮腈为原料,采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-gel)法合成了纳米SiO_2/磺化聚芴醚酮腈复合质子交换膜,利用扫描电镜对膜的微观形态进行了表征,并考察了SiO_2含量对膜的吸水率、质子传导率、抗氧化性和尺寸稳定性等性能的影响。结果表明,纳米SiO_2能提高膜的质子传导率和抗氧化性能。当SiO_2掺杂质量分数为10%时,复合膜的质子传导率在80℃时为6.26×10~(-2)(S/cm),在80℃的Fenton’s试剂中表现出良好的氧化稳定性。
Nano-SiO 2 / sulfonated polyfluorene ether nitrile composite proton exchange membrane was synthesized by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate and sulfonated polyfluorene ether nitrile as raw materials.
