“三鹿”事件发生的深层次原因是生产流程不够规范,质检力度不够强硬。因此,为了促进我国乳业的再度崛起,可以从乳制品的原奶采购、生产工艺、质量安全标准和信息技术等方面着手。通过严抓原奶采购环节质量,改善乳制品生产工艺流程,改进或淘汰落后生产技术和设备,加强我国乳制品质量安全标准与国际的对接以及使用条形码技术等对奶制品生产的各个环节实行严密控制,将乳制品可能出现的安全隐患消灭在萌芽阶段。
