水库灌区在农业发展中扮演着重要的角色,尤其是近些年来随着国民经济的迅速发展,更是加大了对水利工程的投资。现阶段,水库灌区的设备和技术尚不成熟,在运行过程中也逐渐暴露出各种各样的问题,不仅在一定程度上阻碍了当地农业的发展,而且也不利于节水节能理念的实现。本文结合笔者多年来的工作经验,就灌区运行中存在的问题进行了简单的阐述,并提出了针对性的建议,希望对灌区建设有所启发。
Reservoir irrigation plays an important role in agricultural development. Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, more investment in water conservancy projects has been stepped up. At this stage, the equipment and technology in reservoir irrigation districts are not yet mature, and gradually exposed various problems during the operation. This not only hinders the development of local agriculture to a certain extent, but also is not conducive to the realization of the concept of water-saving and energy-saving . Based on the author’s work experience over the years, this article briefly elaborates on the existing problems in the operation of irrigation districts and puts forward some pertinent suggestions in the hope of inspiring the construction of irrigation districts.
