以铁卟啉(Fe-TPPS4)作为过氧化物模拟酶,并以该酶催化过氧化氢氧化扑热息痛的荧光反应为基础,建立了用荧光度法测定速效伤风胶囊中扑热息痛含量的新方法.激发和发射波长分别为311.2nm与432.3nm,线性范围是0~8.0μg/ml(r=0.9970)和12.0~22.0μg/ml(r=0.9998).该方法用于药物样品的测定.
Based on the fluorescence reaction of ferroporphyrin (Fe-TPPS4) as a peroxidase mimetic enzyme and the enzyme-catalyzed oxidation of paracetamol by hydrogen peroxide, a new method for the determination of paracetamol in Suxiao soothing capsules by fluorescence spectrophotometry was established. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 311.2 nm and 432.3 nm, respectively. The linear range was 0 ~ 8.0 μg / ml (r = 0.9970) and 12.0 ~ 22.0 μg / ml (r = 0.9998). This method is used for the determination of drug samples.
