乳糜胸及乳糜腹在临床上较少见，诊断及治疗均有一定困难。近10年来笔者收治原发性肾病综合征68人，其中并发乳糜胸及乳糜腹者2例，报道如下。1病例报告例1：女，12岁。因水肿、少尿15天，伴胸闷、气短及腹胀4天入院。体检：T365，P96次／min，BP19．O／14okPa。全身浅表淋巴结
