In the 1940s and 1950s, a group of American anthropologists, such as Heskowitz, based on the early exploration of European scholars, complied with the social reality of that time and created a brand new marginalized subject - economic anthropology. By examining the early stages of economic anthropology in the United States, we can see the process of combining the two disciplines of anthropology and economics. We can also see the different ways in which early economic anthropology conducted various economic types compare research. Up to now, these studies still have some enlightenment to us. On the other hand, the study of these pioneers also laid the foundation for the further development of economic anthropology in the future.
