少数民族地区教师在推动当地教育发展进程中起主导性作用,特别是在着力推进素质教育的今天,教师素质成为早日完成素质教育改革的关键。川西南地区是彝族的主要聚居地,提升当地教育水平,对加快当地经济、社会的发展,推进小康社会建设进程,将起到极为重要的作用。在信息化的今天,如何将博客、微博、数字电视等新媒体,运用到提升川西南彝族教师的专业发展素养进程中,这成为摆在人们面前的现实课题。因此,寻找新媒体与促进川西南彝族教师发展的结合点,对提升川西南彝族教师专业化发展水平具有重要的价值。
Teachers in ethnic minority areas play a leading role in promoting the development of local education. In particular, with the promotion of quality education, teachers’ qualities have become the key to completing the quality education reform at an early date. Southwest Sichuan is a major enclave of Yi people. Improving local education will play an extremely important role in accelerating the development of local economy and society and promoting the construction of a well-off society. How to apply new media such as blog, Weibo and digital TV to enhance the professional development and literacy of Yi nationality teachers in southwestern Sichuan Province has become a realistic issue before people. Therefore, finding the new media and promoting the development of Yi nationality teachers in Southwest Sichuan is of great value in enhancing the professional development of ethnic Yi teachers in southwestern Sichuan.
