本工作利用透射电子显微术及电子衍射技术对300M钢回火的第二相析出规律进行了细致的研究,发现钢在回火时析出一种新相,取名为W相。在不同晶体取向下对新相进行了电子衍射分析,利用倒易矢几何构图法,确定了W相为六方结构,其点阵常数为:a=4.96A,c=8.20A,c/a=1.65。W相与基体(α相)的位向关系为:(0001)ω//(110)_a,(1100)_ω//(001)_a,(1120)_ω//(110)_a,相应的晶面错配度分别为:+1.1%,0,+22.2%。附图给出了500℃回火试样的W相的析出形貌和结构。明场F,W相的衬度为消光轮廓的暗的衬度所掩盖,而在暗场中,却清楚地显示了W相的大小和分布。W相尺寸为70A
This work using transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction of 300M steel tempering the second phase precipitated law carefully studied and found that the tempering of steel precipitated a new phase, named W phase. The new phase was analyzed by the electron diffraction under different crystal orientations. The phase diagram of W phase was determined by the method of reciprocal vector geometry. The lattice constant was: a = 4.96A, c = 8.20A, c / a = 1.65. The orientation relationship between the W phase and the matrix (α phase) is: (0001) ω // (110) _a, (1100) _ω // (001) _a, (1120) _ω // (110) _a, Face mismatch were: + 1.1%, 0, +22.2%. The figure shows the precipitated morphology and structure of the W phase at 500 ℃ tempering. The contrast of brightfield F and W phase is masked by the dark contrast of extinction profile, while in the darkfield, the size and distribution of W phase are clearly shown. W phase size is 70A
