对45钢表面进行激光相变硬化处理,利用光学显微镜、硬度测试、磨损测试等表征手段,研究了在扫描速度一定的前提下,激光功率对45钢改性层显微形貌、硬度及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:在扫描速度为6 mm/s、功率为800 W时,改性层硬度达到最大值36.3 HRC;当功率为900 W时,磨损率最低,为4.162 mg/cm2;当功率为800 W时,磨损率达到最大值,为5.924 mg/cm2。
The surface of 45 steel was laser phase-change hardened. The microstructure, hardness and resistance of 45 steel modified layer were studied under the condition of certain scanning speed by means of optical microscope, hardness test and wear test. Effect of mill performance. The results show that the hardness of modified layer reaches the maximum of 36.3 HRC at a scanning speed of 6 mm / s and a power of 800 W. When the power is 900 W, the wear rate is the lowest, which is 4.162 mg / cm2. When the power is 800 W , The wear rate reached the maximum value of 5.924 mg / cm2.
