《义务教育语文课程标准》的人教版对小学生的认字规定为:达到三千字认字量,这其中两千五百字要达到会写的程度。同时对于低年级学生要求达到对一千六百到一千八百字的认识量,其中八百到一千字达到会写的程度。很明显地发现,与以往要求相比,新课程标准下对汉字的认识,尤其是对低年级学生的认字量愈加重视,因此,目前多认识字、多名书写字成为现阶段教育工作的重心。
