On March 24, 2000, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Harbin Institute of Technology and Northeastern University of Japan and Chiba University of Technology jointly hosted the “Intelligent Information Network” academic exchange meeting at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
