人类政治社会可以说是围绕着权力而展开的,然而,权力本身仅具有工具属性,不同的人由于对权力的理解或看法不同,也就使其运用权力的方式与目的存在着很大的差异。共产党人所肩负的是人民的根本利益和希望,手中的权力当然具有人民的公共属性,然而,现实政治生活中,也有些人因背离了这一人民性而滑向了人民的对立面,这就是权力的腐败、权力的异化,它根源于领导权力观的变异。因此,要避免权力的腐败或异化就要在领导的权力观上下功夫,防止其变异,对于存在的变异或倾向,就要对之进行矫正与重塑。
Human political society can be said to revolve around power. However, power itself only has the tool property. Different people have different ways and purposes of using power because they have different understandings or opinions about power . The Communists, on the other hand, are the fundamental interests and hopes of the people. The power in the hands of course has the public attributes of the people. However, some people in real political life slide away from the opposite of the people because of their departure from this people’s character. The corruption of power and the alienation of power are rooted in the variation of the concept of leadership power. Therefore, to avoid corruption or alienation of power, we must work hard on the leadership’s concept of power to prevent its variation and correct and reshape existing variations or tendencies.
