目的总结探讨肾上腺结核的CT表现特点及在诊断和鉴别诊断中的意义。方法对临床证实的5例肾上腺结核患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。观察肾上腺大小、形态、密度及强化等变化。结果5例肾上腺结核中累及双侧者4例,单侧1例。肾上腺失去正常轮廓呈肿块样增大3例,轻中度增大可分辨肾上腺轮廓者2例。增大的肾上腺密度不均匀,3例有不同程度钙化,2例伴局限性低密度。增强扫描2例病灶周过强化。结论肾上腺结核具有较特征性表现,与病程长短有一定相关性。
Objective To summarize the CT features of adrenal tuberculosis and its significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods The clinical manifestations of 5 cases of adrenal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Adrenal size, morphology, density and enhancement were observed. Results In 5 cases of adrenal tuberculosis involving the bilateral in 4 cases, unilateral in 1 case. Adrenal loss of normal contour was mass-like lesions in 3 cases, mild to moderate increase in adrenal profile can be identified in 2 cases. Increased adrenal density is not uniform, with calcification in 3 cases and limited low density in 2 cases. Enhanced scan of 2 cases of lesions intensified weeks. Conclusion Adrenal tuberculosis has more characteristic manifestations, and the duration of the disease has some relevance.
