目的识别某制药企业废水处理中心生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,对其职业病危害程度进行分析、评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查与检测的方法,结合实验室分析,对废水处理中心职业病危害现状进行定性与定量评价。结果该企业废水处理中心生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素包括碳酸钙粉尘、噪声、工频电场以及氨、硫化氢等化学有害物质,其中氨、硫化氢和噪声为主要职业病危害因素,各岗位工人接触有害物质的浓度或强度均低于职业接触限值。结论该废水处理中心采用的职业病危害防护设施运行良好,其日常的职业卫生管理工作应以避免急性中毒,督促工人正确佩戴和使用个人防护用品为重点。
Objective To identify the hazards of occupational diseases in the production process of wastewater treatment center of a pharmaceutical enterprise and to analyze and evaluate the degree of occupational hazards. Methods The method of occupational health field investigation and testing was used to analyze the status quo of occupational diseases in wastewater treatment center qualitatively and quantitatively with laboratory analysis. Results The occupational hazards in the wastewater treatment center include calcium carbonate dust, noise, power frequency electric field and chemical harmful substances such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. Among them, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and noise are the main occupational hazards, Exposure to harmful substances concentration or intensity are lower than the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Occupational hazards protection facilities used in the wastewater treatment center are in good condition. Their daily occupational health management should focus on avoiding acute poisoning, urging workers to properly wear and use personal protective equipment.
