目的:探讨影响手术室医护配合的相关因素,为实施相应改进措施提高医护配合的默契程度提供参考依据。方法:以2014年3月~2016年3月在宁波鄞州人民医院工作的43名手术医生与40名手术室护士为调查对象,采用自行制订的统一调查表进行不记名调查,分析影响医护配合的有关因素。结果:2014年3月~2016年3月共发生手术室医护冲突73起,其影响因素可分为护士方面、医生方面、管理方面;护士方面的影响因素包括业务技术、职业态度;医生方面的影响因素包括专业认知、心理因素;管理方面的影响因素包括环境因素、人力资源因素、经济因素、对外协调因素。结论:影响手术室医护配合默契程度的因素有多方面,应采取针对性措施提升医护配合默契度。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the factors influencing the cooperation between doctors and nurses in operating theaters and to provide reference for implementing the corresponding improvement measures to improve the tacit cooperation between doctors and nurses. Methods: A total of 43 surgeons and 40 operating room nurses working in Ningbo Yinzhou People’s Hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were surveyed by using a self-designed unified questionnaire to conduct an anonymous survey to analyze the impact of health care cooperation Related factors. Results: From March 2014 to March 2016, there were 73 operating room conflicts between doctors and nurses. The influencing factors can be divided into nurses, physicians and management. Factors influencing nurses include business skills and occupational attitudes; Influencing factors include professional cognition and psychological factors; management influencing factors include environmental factors, human resources factors, economic factors and external coordination factors. Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the tacit cooperation between doctors and nurses in the operating room. Targeted measures should be taken to improve the tacit cooperation between doctors and nurses.
