对关心重力倒置法治疗潜力的医务人员来说,重力倒置时的心血管反应非常重要.本文目的是研究二种静态重力倒置悬挂方法对心率(HR)、臂动脉收缩压(SBP)和眼动脉压(OAP)的影响.作者选择20名健康受试者,年龄19~28岁,男8、女12名,随机分为大腿悬挂倒置组(大腿组)与踝部悬挂倒置组(踝组).每组10人(男4、女6),二组平均年龄、身高和体重略有差异,所用装置为大腿悬挂倒置架和踝悬挂倒置架,用OPG—Ⅱ眼容积描记器测定OAP、用DF—Ⅱ双向双频多普勒仪和Propper 血压计测定左臂SBP.每组受试者除使用的倒置方法不同外,都完成相同的25分钟检查,检查分五期,即基线Ⅰ期、倒置
Cardiovascular responses to gravity inversion are important to caregivers who are concerned about the potential of gravity inversion therapy.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of two static gravity inverted suspensions on heart rate (HR), brachial artery systolic pressure (SBP), and ophthalmic artery (OAP) .A total of 20 healthy subjects, aged from 19 to 28 years old, including 8 males and 12 females, were selected and randomly divided into suspension group (thigh group) and ankle suspension group (ankle group) The average age, height and weight of the two groups were slightly different. The devices used were an inverted hanging stand with thigh suspension and an inverted ankle suspension stand.
