目的分析2009—2013年新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区活动性肺结核病患者登记特点,为完善和改进肺结核病管理工作提供依据,并提出科学、有效的控制措施。方法根据2009—2013年天山区结核病控制项目各类报表、登记本及结核病管理系统相关资料进行分析。结果 2009—2013年共登记活动性肺结核病患者1 595例,其中涂阳患者679例,涂阳率42.57%;男性多于女性,以20~39岁为主要登记年龄组;患者中汉族占43.39%,少数民族占56.61%,少数民族中又以维吾尔族患者为主。结论乌鲁木齐市天山区结核病的疫情还很严重,今后应加大结核病防治工作力度,关注重点人群。
