2014年,石家庄市住宅项目增加,供暖紧张,供暖公司与河钢石钢合作决定利用高炉炉体软水的回水热量进行换热供暖项目的改造。由于临近供暖期,时间比较紧,石钢生产任务又非常繁重,最后决定在高炉不休风不停水的情况下作业,进行带压开孔封堵工程。软水进行换热供暖在石钢公司属历史首次。尤其是项目成功投运后,高炉进水流量和温度有了很大的变化。为保证高炉的顺行,对进水温度及水流量的稳定进行控制,为以后软水余热利用项目的实施提供了宝贵的实践经验。
