本文报道了为期二年的磷胺包装工的劳动卫生调查结果。磷胺在包装车间工人呼吸带空气中的浓度均值为0.02(0.003~0.110)mg/m~3;包装工人全血胆碱酯酶活力与空气中磷胺浓度无相关性,而与皮肤污染量呈明显负相关;阻断皮肤污染途径后,在空气浓度0.023(0.006~0.110)mg/m~3的车间环境中,生产工人酶活力未受影响。建议磷胺在车间空气中最高容许浓度为0.02mg/m~3。
This article reports the findings of a two-year labor hygiene survey of Phosphamide Packers. Phosphatidylethanolamine concentration in the respiratory zone of workers in the packaging plant was 0.02 (0.003 ~ 0.110) mg / m ~ 3. There was no correlation between the activity of choline esterase in the whole blood of packers and the concentration of phosphate in the air, (P <0.05). After blocking the path of skin pollution, the enzyme activity of production workers was not affected in the workshop environment with air concentration of 0.023 (0.006 ~ 0.110) mg / m ~ 3. Proposed phosphine in the workshop air maximum allowable concentration of 0.02mg / m ~ 3.
