加快重庆市少数民族地区脱贫致富是重庆统筹城乡、区域协调发展的重要举措,是促进民族地区科学发展、和谐发展的重要战略部署。由于该地区自然条件、发展基础、产业结构、开发意识等方面因素制约,目前扶贫开发工作仍处于较低水平阶段。通过聚力发展、主动作为、区域协作、产业扶持等系列政策措施,充分激发该地区扶贫开发活力,将促进区域的脱贫致富工作跨上新台阶。
To speed up poverty alleviation and prosperity in minority areas of Chongqing is an important measure for coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing and an important measure for the coordinated development of Chongqing Municipality. It is an important strategic plan for promoting scientific development and harmonious development in ethnic areas. Due to the constraints of the natural conditions, development foundation, industrial structure and development awareness of the area, poverty alleviation and development work is still at a relatively low level. Through such policies and measures as cohesive development, active cooperation, regional cooperation and industrial support, it has fully stimulated the vitality of poverty alleviation and development in the region and stepped up the work of lifting poverty and enriching the region to a new level in the region.
