肾上腺皮质激素(以下简称激素)治疗各型病毒性肝炎及肝硬变,已瘘有报告,但其疗效的评价,尚无一致的意见。我院自1963年6月——1965年6月间,用激素治疗上述患者24例,现将治疗结果作一报导,并略加讨论。临床材料凡病毒性肝炎均按1959年全国急性传染病学术会议肝炎诊断标准确诊。一、恶性型肝炎:共7例,其中男6例,女1例;除1例5岁外,余均为成人。7例中,急性肝坏死6例,亚急性肝坏死1例。
