伊诺沙星(Enoxacin)具有广谱抗菌作用,本剂消化道吸收好,血中半衰期较长,为5～6h,向组织内移行良好。作者为确认本剂的有效性、安全性和有用性,将本剂(200毫克/片)试用于急性及慢性呼吸道感染症的治疗。受试对象各种呼吸道感染症32例,男17例,女15例、年龄28～88岁,平均64.7岁。其中肺炎13例,慢性支气管炎3例,伴有感染的支气管扩张症6例,弥漫性细支气管炎5例,慢性呼吸器官疾病的继发感染症
Enoxacin has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. The gastrointestinal tract absorbs well and has a long half-life in blood of 5 to 6 hours.
